Roster Changes Not Propagating Through Reporting

When roster changes occur through a manual Clever Sync, the propagation of the updated data in a student record may lag or not be displayed in the CogAT Dashboard, which can in turn cause scores not to appear when and where expected. No data has been lost. If you are unable to see scores in the CogAT Dashboard, please check a student’s Student Portfolio page for their individual scores. You can access a student’s Student Profile page under Administration -> User Search. 

If scores are present on the student’s Student Portfolio page, but continue not to show on the CogAT Dashboard, please contact Riverside.
